The nature of this work
The Human Forcefield, LLC provides transformational education — teaching, coaching, programs, retreats, and speaking. This work is educational in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please seek a licensed professional.
Programs & enrollment
Enrollment in coaching, the 6-week transformation, or the 3-day retreat begins with an inquiry and a personal conversation. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee placement. Program details, schedules, and pricing are confirmed in writing before any commitment is made.
Your responsibility
You engage with this work voluntarily and remain responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and actions throughout. We ask that you participate honestly and within your own capacity.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the neurocoherence framework as taught here, written materials, and program curricula — is the property of The Human Forcefield, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or taught without written permission.
Speaking engagements
Speaking inquiries are confirmed by written agreement specifying date, format, fees, travel, and cancellation terms. An inquiry submitted through this site does not constitute a booking.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Human Forcefield, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in its educational offerings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Montana law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Missoula County, Montana.
