When you submit an inquiry or join the field notes, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, program interest, and the contents of your message. We do not collect payment information, health records, or sensitive personal data through this website.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, enroll you in programs you request, and — if you subscribe — to send the monthly field notes letter. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Email communications
Newsletter subscribers receive one letter per month. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and requests to be removed are honored promptly. You may also email nataliejbendza@gmail.com at any time to be removed from all lists.
Data storage & security
Inquiry and subscription data is stored in a secured database accessible only to The Human Forcefield, LLC. We retain inquiry records for up to 24 months to support ongoing conversations, after which they are deleted.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not use advertising trackers. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are used, they are aggregated and never tied to your identity.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing nataliejbendza@gmail.com. We respond to all such requests within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
