The founder
She was the capable one —until capable was not enough.

Natalie J Bendza · Missoula, Montana
"I did everything right, and I was disappearing. Not dramatically — quietly. The way capable women disappear."
For years, Natalie J Bendza was the woman everyone described as having it together. Social, capable, outwardly happy — and privately exhausted in a way sleep never touched. She was disconnected from what she felt, and fluent only in what everyone else needed.
The turning point was not a breakdown but a question: what if nothing was wrong with her — and something was simply unmet? That question became years of study across neuroscience, heart-brain coherence, and the subconscious patterns that keep high-functioning women in quiet survival.
What emerged is the framework at the center of The Human Forcefield: neurocoherence — the living map between the heart's nervous system and the brain. The premise is simple and radical: your strongest emotion is a magnet pulling in the reality your mind collects as proof, and your loudest pattern can be deliberately changed until the field broadcasts abundance instead of lack. Some call it manifestation. Natalie calls it biology, aimed.
Today, from Missoula, Montana, Natalie is bringing this work to stages, private coaching rooms, six-week cohorts, and retreat tables in the mountains — always with the same premise: you were never too much, and you were never broken. You were under-nourished. That can change.
The philosophy
The Forcefield Paradigm
The Human Forcefield is a breakthrough theory about the ego as a forcefield — one every human carries, men and women alike. And it is majorly misunderstood: the ego is not arrogance, and it is not the enemy. It is the field you broadcast — and it can be built healthy.
Survival is intelligent
Anxiety, people-pleasing, over-functioning — none of these are character defects. They are subconscious strategies a younger self invented to stay safe inside unmet needs. The work begins with respect for the pattern, not war against it.
The strongest emotion is the magnet
Your forcefield is made of your strongest emotion — your ego. It pulls in the very reality your mind has been collecting as proof. When that emotion is lack, life faithfully hands back more proof of lack.
Patterns can be deliberately changed
Your loudest pattern is not a life sentence. Mapped precisely — heart's nervous system to brain — it can be deliberately redrawn, practiced in minutes a day, until fulfillment, not lack, becomes your strongest emotion.
Grace is the evidence
Kindness rooted in lack exhausts. Grace — giving from fullness — restores. When a woman magnetizes from abundance, confidence replaces control and self-worth replaces sacrifice. That steadiness is the forcefield.
"We hear so much about men's egos. It is time we talked about ours — a healthy ego is a powerhouse of unstoppable self-worth."
